Desired qualities:

- Commitment to customer service
- Strong preference given to agents with a fluent foreign language (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, Japanese, Chinese) and to those with prior experience in real estate
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, organizational skills
- Communicative, organized, eager to learn and to succeed
- US work authorization and a valid New York State Real Estate Salesperson`s License required
